Terms of service
These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) of the sole proprietorship Mataré E-Commerce (“ Kronberg Collection.com”) apply to all processing and handling of orders placed by customers (“customers” or “you”) in online shops operated by Kronberg Collection.
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking the button “Place Order” you submit a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order is issued immediately after the order has been submitted. A binding contract is concluded once you receive the order confirmation.
Voluntary Return Policy / Right of Withdrawal
We grant you a voluntary return period of 45 business days from the date of delivery for products with a merchandise value of under CHF 200, except for discounted items, e-books, hygiene products (such as underwear), and personalised items for which no return right exists. If a return right is applicable, you may withdraw from the contract by notifying us of your withdrawal within 10 days of receiving the goods and sending the goods back within 10 days after your withdrawal notice, provided the goods are complete, in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged. Timely dispatch is sufficient to meet the deadline.
Please return the goods in the original packaging, including all accessories and protective materials, to the address we provide via email.

Delivery
Deliveries are generally made worldwide, with primary shipping to Switzerland. Shipments are usually carried out by Swiss Post (Post CH AG) or an equivalent international carrier. Items are supplied only in household quantities and exclusively to end consumers.
Please note that in exceptional cases we may not be obligated to deliver an ordered item if we have correctly ordered the item ourselves but were not supplied correctly or on time. This applies only if we are not responsible for the lack of availability and if we inform you immediately. In such cases, any payment already made will be refunded without delay.
Please be aware that we do not guarantee delivery times. Depending on the destination country, customs processing, carrier delays, or external circumstances, shipping times may vary. Should any unforeseen delays occur, we will inform you promptly.
If deadlines are stated as business days, this includes Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order if it was generated using software, machinery, crawlers, spiders, automated web tools or scripted behaviour systems, or via third-party services used to place the order on your behalf.
We assumes no liability for any damage, loss, or delays that occur during transport. Once the goods have been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment lies solely with the respective delivery service.
Any claims relating to transport damage or loss must therefore be addressed directly to the shipping provider. We will, however, support you with the necessary documentation or information required to submit such a claim.
Prices and Payment
Standard shipping is free of charge.
All prices include the applicable VAT.
Payment must be made by credit card, Twint, Klarna, or PayPal (for instant bank transfer see below). You pay directly during the ordering process by entering your payment details. After completing the order, your chosen payment method will be charged with the actual invoice amount minus any discounts.
Instant bank transfer is also available. If you choose this method, you will receive a separate invoice after placing your order.
Goods will be shipped after payment has been received.
You agree that invoices, credit notes, and other communications may be sent to you electronically or in paper form.
Customs
Items shipped by Kronberg Collecrion partners may be delivered directly from abroad. Customers are responsible for compliance with import and customs regulations. Any resulting charges or fees must be borne by the customer.
Warranty
The statutory warranty for defects applies. Kronberg Collection expressly reserves the right to provide a defect-free replacement for goods that have been reported and confirmed as defective.
In addition, we offer a voluntary warranty of 10 years on our customizable watch safes and a 2-year voluntary warranty on our watch winders and cases. Please note that this voluntary warranty is subject to individual assessment in each case. Coverage is not automatic; Kronberg Collection will determine—at its sole discretion—whether a reported issue is covered under the voluntary warranty or whether it results from wear, improper use, or other circumstances excluded from warranty protection. There is no entitlement to replacement, repair, or refund unless explicitly confirmed by us in writing.
Furthermore, Kronberg Collection assumes no liability for any damage, loss, or delays that occur during transport. Once the goods have been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment lies solely with the respective delivery service. Any claims relating to transport damage or loss must therefore be addressed directly to the shipping provider. We will, however, support you with the necessary documentation required for such claims.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, contractual and non-contractual liability of Kronberg Collection towards customers is excluded, except for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
Kronberg Collection accepts no liability for indirect damages (for example consequential damages) or for damages caused by auxiliary persons.
Our website may contain links to external websites. We have no control over the content of these pages and assume no liability for them. We expressly distance ourselves from all third-party content accessible via links on our website.
The customer must report any damages allegedly caused by Kronberg Collectionin writing within five business days of becoming aware of the issue, otherwise all claims are forfeited.

Force Majeure
Kronberg Collection is not liable for damages caused by performance failures or delays resulting from unforeseeable events beyond the control of Kronberg Collection, its legal representatives or agents. Such events include war, civil unrest, natural disasters, pandemics, fire, power failures, governmental actions, lawful internal company labour measures, and the failure or limitation of communication networks or gateways of other operators.
Severability Clause
If individual provisions of these GTC are wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. Invalid provisions shall be replaced by provisions that come closest to the original economic intent.
Amendments to these GTC are valid only if agreed in writing.
Applicable Law / Jurisdiction
Swiss law exclusively applies. The provisions of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) are excluded. For consumers, this legal choice applies only to the extent that mandatory statutory protections of the consumer’s country of residence are not undermined.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Kronberg Collection, except for consumers, for whom the jurisdiction is their Swiss place of residence.
