Refund policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 5 business days after receiving the item, provided that the conditions for a return are met (see “Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal” below).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at
returns@kronbergcollection.com
with a clear statement (for example, by email) declaring your decision to withdraw. You may use the attached withdrawal form, although this is not required.
Please note that returns are only possible with prior approval and in accordance with our return policy. Items sent back without authorization or items purchased during limited-time promotions (such as sales or discount events) are excluded from returns and refunds.
Returns are only accepted in cases of defective or damaged goods (for example, faulty stitching or production flaws). Subjective reasons such as personal opinions, dislike of the product, or differing expectations do not qualify for a return.
Returns sent without prior contact and confirmation from us cannot be processed or refunded.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract and the return has been approved by us, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding any additional costs resulting from your chosen shipping method. The refund will be issued without delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned item or proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed. You will not incur any additional fees for this refund.
You must return the item to us within 5 business days after notifying us of the withdrawal. The deadline is considered met if the item is shipped before the 5-day period expires.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this results from handling that goes beyond what is necessary to verify the condition, characteristics and functioning of the item.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following items:
• Discounted or reduced items (such as sale or promotional products)
• Hygiene products (such as underwear, lip care or cosmetics with a hygiene seal)
• E-books or digital content
• Personalized or custom-made products
General Return Guidelines
Please return the item in its original packaging if possible, including all accessories and protective materials.
Use additional protective packaging if needed to prevent damage during transport.
Do not send returns without postage or marked “return to sender,” as we cannot accept such shipments.
These guidelines are not a requirement for exercising your right of withdrawal, but they greatly simplify and speed up the processing of your return.
